Day 1
Arrival - Reykjavik
Flight from your selected airport to Iceland/Keflavik. Shuttle Transfer from the airport to your hotel in Reykjavik.
When you arrive at the hotel you are free to explore the city's many gems. Reykjavik is excellent for shopping and you will find many products you will not find elsewhere. Reykjavik is famous for its many modern and good cafes and bars. There are restaurants of all kinds and if you have trouble choosing, we can of course help you.
Start your day with a three-hour whale-watching trip from Reykjavik. Witness the breathtaking spectacle of dolphins and whales harmoniously existing in their natural habitat along the southwest coast, home to a diverse array of these marine creatures. The goal is to get close to dolphins, humpback whales and killer whales. The boat is specially made with large windows and plenty of seating inside. There is plenty of space on the deck as well. The trip starts from Reykjavik's old harbour, just a few minutes from the city centre. On board the boat is a guide that tells you about different types of whales, nearby places and Icelandic history. The tour is very interactive and educational, and you have access to the internet as well as toilets.
Today you will experience the wonders of the Blue Lagoon. A visit to the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa is an important part of your stay in Iceland. Guests renew their relationship with nature, soak up the scenic beauty and enjoy breathing the clean, fresh air while relaxing in the warm geothermal seawater.
After an impressive and memorable trip to Iceland, it is time to leave. Depending on your flight time you can enjoy your morning in Reykjavik before heading to the airport. Shuttle transfer from your hotel in Reykjavik to Keflavik airport for your flight home!
