Arrival - Reykjavik - Hop on Hop Off City Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Keflavik Airport, take a shuttle transfer to your hotel in Reykjavik. Explore the city's many gems at your own pace. Take a bus tour with the opportunity to hop on and off at conveniently located bus stops. Reykjavik is a charming and picturesque city nestled between striking mountains, offering the perfect blend of modern energy and breathtaking natural beauty.

Some of the places to visit are: Hallgrimskirkja, one of the city's most iconic landmarks, offering panoramic views from its tower. Tjornin Pond provides a peaceful escape, surrounded by nature and offering a tranquil atmosphere. The Old Harbour, rich in maritime history, is a lively area filled with shops, cafes, and local culture. Harpa, the striking concert hall with its unique design, hosts a range of cultural events and adds to the city's modern charm. Perlan is a striking building with a glass dome offering panoramic views of Reykjavik. It features exhibits of Iceland's natural wonders, including a real ice cave and a planetarium. All of this, along with other interesting stops, is available to explore.

Snæfellsnes Peninsula

Explore the stunning Snaefellsnes Peninsula, known for its lunar landscapes and volcanic views. Our journey begins with a visit to Ytri-Tunga beach, home to large seal colonies, followed by a delicious home-cooked meal at a local farm. We’ll then stop at Budarkirkja, a black church set in a lava field, and admire the dramatic coastline of Arnarstapi with its impressive rock formations.

Next, you will visit Djupalonssandur's black sand beach, famous for its shipwreck remains and historical stones used to measure sailors' strength. We’ll continue to Kirkjufell, Iceland’s most photographed mountain, before finishing at the Bersekjahraun lava fields, where a hidden waterfall awaits.
