Arrival - Blue Lagoon - Reykjavik - Northern Lights

Northern Lights

Where you can reconnect with nature, soak in the scenic beauty, and breathe in the fresh, clean air while relaxing in the warm geothermal seawater. After your rejuvenating experience, your driver will take you to your hotel in Reykjavik.

In the evening, your private driver will pick you up for a memorable Northern Lights tour. You will be taken out of the city and into the quiet countryside, where the darkness offers the best view of this incredible natural phenomenon. While it's possible to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights from Reykjavik, the city lights can interfere with the display. To fully appreciate the beauty of the lights, the best experience is to venture far from the urban glow and into the pristine wilderness.

Accommodation in Reykjavik for seven nights.

Reykjavik Sightseeing - Perlan Museum

Perlan Museum

Your driver will take you to Reykjavik's must-see spots, including Harpa, the striking concert hall known for its unique glass facade, and Hallgrimskirkja church, an iconic landmark offering panoramic views from its tower. You will also visit Perlan, a distinctive building featuring a nature exploratorium where visitors can explore Iceland's natural wonders through interactive exhibits and enjoy a breathtaking 360° view of Reykjavik from its observation deck.

Beyond these highlights, you will have time to uncover more of the city - stroll along the tranquil Tjornin Pond, a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, or explore the lively Old Harbour, rich in maritime history, charming shops, and cosy cafés. After a day of exploration, relax and unwind at the hotel's spa facilities.

Golden Circle - Secret Lagoon

Geyser in Winter

Your private driver guide will take you to explore the stunning Golden Circle, beginning with the historic Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site where Iceland’s first parliament was established, and the visible continental drift marks the separation of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Continue to the Geysir geothermal area, home to the erupting Strokkur hot spring, which shoots water up to 100 feet every few minutes. Then, marvel at the stunning Gullfoss waterfall, which cascades in two stages into a 115-foot-deep canyon.

Unwind at the Secret Lagoon, nestled in the village of Fludir, offers a peaceful thermal experience amid geothermal activity. Steam rises from surrounding hot springs, creating a mystical ambience. The pool maintains a comfortable temperature of 100-104°F, making it ideal for year-round visits. Nearby, you’ll find scenic walking paths, geothermal hot spots, and a small geyser that erupts every few minutes. The facilities include lockers, changing rooms, showers, and a bar and dining area, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Reykjavik Food Walk

Reykjavik Food Walk

Meet your local guide for a delightful Reykjavik Food Walk tour. During this experience, you’ll explore the vibrant city, discover its rich culture, and, most importantly, dive into its delicious food scene - all with the help of a fun and knowledgeable local guide. You’ll have the chance to sample eight fantastic traditional Icelandic dishes, from comforting staples that have nourished Icelanders for centuries to street food and refined fine-dining versions of Icelandic cuisine. This culinary journey takes you to some of our favourite hand-picked restaurants right in the heart of Reykjavik.

South Coast: Seljalandsfoss - Skogafoss - Reyniafjara

Seljalandsfoss waterfall

Your private driver guide will take you to explore the stunning South Coast of Iceland, one of the country's most picturesque and diverse regions, as you journey all the way to Vik, a charming village nestled beneath towering bird cliffs. This part of Iceland is known for its dramatic landscapes, rich history, and captivating natural beauty.

On this tour, you will visit the breathtaking Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where you have the unique opportunity to walk behind the cascade and enjoy the mesmerizing view from a different perspective. You’ll also experience the majestic Skogafoss waterfall, one of Iceland's largest and most famous, which has been featured as a backdrop in movies such as Thor: The Dark World and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Next, you will visit Reynisfjara black sand beach, a striking location known for its dramatic Reynisdrangar rock formations that rise from the sea, and the fascinating columnar basalt formations lining the beach. Reynisfjara is often considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Iceland, with its raw, natural beauty and rugged coastal scenery. However, this beach is also infamous for its powerful sneaker waves, which can be dangerous.

Lava Tunnel - Sky Lagoon

Your private driver will pick you up and take you to the Raufarholshellir Lava Tunnel, one of the longest and most famous lava tubes in Iceland. Upon arrival, you’ll join a group to explore this incredible natural wonder. Walking through the tunnel offers a unique chance to witness the aftermath of a volcanic eruption, following the path of lava that flowed during the Leitahraun eruption, which occurred around 5,200 years ago. During the winter months, stunning ice sculptures form inside the entrance, making the visit even more magical.

In the afternoon, you’ll relax at the Sky Lagoon, a one-of-a-kind geothermal spa. Immerse yourself in the warm waters while enjoying the serene arctic surroundings, and unwind with the Sky Lagoon’s Ritual, a seven-step experience inspired by traditional Icelandic bathing culture.

With eight natural pools, a steam cave, and outdoor relaxation areas, guests can soak in the tranquil atmosphere while admiring breathtaking mountain views and black sand beaches. Steeped in history dating back to Viking times, the area is also home to diverse wildlife, including birds, wild sheep, and even Arctic foxes. After a rejuvenating soak, savour locally inspired dishes at the on-site bistro.
