Description
It has all of the characteristics of Icelands nature in one relatively small place. Black beaches, volcanos, bird cliffs, spectacular mountains, volcanic craters, majestic waterfalls and glaciers. On this tour the bus stops at the small fishing village Arnarstapi, an older village called Hellnar, Djupalónsandur beach and the world famous Kirkjufell.
This fantastic landscape and nature of the west coast has let the mind of writers and artists run lose over the years, among them is Jules Verne who wrote the book "Journey to the Center of the Earth".
